12 (A)Along the bank of the river, on this side and that, will grow all kinds of trees used for food; (B)their leaves will not wither, and their fruit will not fail. They will bear fruit every month, because their water flows from the sanctuary. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves for (C)medicine.”[a]

13 Thus says the Lord God: “These are the (E)borders by which you shall divide the land as an inheritance among the twelve tribes of Israel. (F)Joseph shall have two portions. 14 You shall inherit it equally with one another; for I (G)raised My hand in an oath to give it to your fathers, and this land shall (H)fall to you as your inheritance.

The Boundaries of the Land
13 This is what the Sovereign Lord says: “These are the boundaries(E) of the land that you will divide among the twelve tribes of Israel as their inheritance, with two portions for Joseph.(F) 14 You are to divide it equally among them. Because I swore with uplifted hand to give it to your ancestors, this land will become your inheritance.(G)
