Ezra 3:11

New English Translation

¹¹With antiphonal response they sang,^[a] praising and glorifying the Lord:

“For he is good;
his loyal love toward Israel is forever.”

All the people gave a loud^[b] shout as they praised the Lord when the temple of the Lord was established.

¹¹With praise and thanksgiving they sang to the Lord:

“He is good;
his love toward Israel endures forever.”^(A)

And all the people gave a great shout^(B) of praise to the Lord, because the foundation^(C) of the house of the Lord was laid.
