5 to whom we yielded in subjection not even for an hour, that the truth of the glad tidings might remain with you.
6 But from those who were conspicuous as being somewhat—whatsoever they were, it makes no difference to me: God does not accept man's person; for to me those who were conspicuous communicated nothing;
7 but, on the contrary, seeing that the glad tidings of the uncircumcision were confided to me, even as to Peter that of the circumcision,

New International Version
5 We did not give in to them for a moment, so that the truth of the gospel(A) might be preserved for you.
6 As for those who were held in high esteem(B)—whatever they were makes no difference to me; God does not show favoritism(C)—they added nothing to my message.(D) 7 On the contrary, they recognized that I had been entrusted with the task(E) of preaching the gospel to the uncircumcised,[a](F) just as Peter(G) had been to the circumcised.[b]
