9 and when they perceived the grace that was given unto me, [a]James and Cephas and John, they who [b]were reputed to be pillars, gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship, that we should go unto the Gentiles, and they unto the circumcision; 10 only they would that we should remember the poor; which very thing I was also zealous to do.
11 But when Cephas came to Antioch, I resisted him to the face, because he stood condemned.

9 James,(A) Cephas[a](B) and John, those esteemed as pillars,(C) gave me and Barnabas(D) the right hand of fellowship when they recognized the grace given to me.(E) They agreed that we should go to the Gentiles,(F) and they to the circumcised. 10 All they asked was that we should continue to remember the poor,(G) the very thing I had been eager to do all along.
