Galatians 3:2-6
New King James Version
2 This only I want to learn from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, (A)or by the hearing of faith? 3 Are you so foolish? (B)Having begun in the Spirit, are you now being made perfect by (C)the flesh? 4 (D)Have you suffered so [a]many things in vain—if indeed it was in vain?
5 Therefore He who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you, does He do it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?— 6 just as Abraham (E)“believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.”

Galatians 3:2-6
New International Version
2 I would like to learn just one thing from you: Did you receive the Spirit(A) by the works of the law,(B) or by believing what you heard?(C) 3 Are you so foolish? After beginning by means of the Spirit, are you now trying to finish by means of the flesh?[a] 4 Have you experienced[b] so much in vain—if it really was in vain? 5 So again I ask, does God give you his Spirit and work miracles(D) among you by the works of the law, or by your believing what you heard?(E) 6 So also Abraham “believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.”[c](F)
