24 And those who belong to Christ Jesus have put to death their human nature with all its passions and desires. 25 The Spirit has given us life; he must also control our lives. 26 We must not be proud or irritate one another or be jealous of one another.

24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh(A) with its passions and desires.(B) 25 Since we live by the Spirit,(C) let us keep in step with the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited,(D) provoking and envying each other.
