¹⁵ Canaan ^[a]became the father of ^(A)Sidon, his firstborn, and ^(B)Heth

^19 (A)The territory of the Canaanite ^[a]extended from Sidon as you go toward Gerar, as far as Gaza; as you go toward ^(B)Sodom and Gomorrah and Admah and Zeboiim, as far as Lasha.

⁸ The Lord delivered them into the hand of Israel, so that they ^[a]defeated them, and pursued them as far as Great Sidon and ^(A)Misrephoth-maim and the valley of ^(B)Mizpeh to the east; and they struck them until no survivor was left to them.
