¹²Now when the sun was going down, ^(A)a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and behold, ^[a]terror and great darkness fell upon him.

¹²And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and, lo, an horror of great darkness fell upon him.

¹³Amid disquieting ^(A)thoughts from visions of the night,
When deep sleep falls on people,

¹³In thoughts from the visions of the night, when deep sleep falleth on men,

¹⁸Now while he was talking with me, I was ^(A)dazed with my face to the ground; but he ^(B)touched me and made me stand at my place.

¹⁸Now as he was speaking with me, I was in a deep sleep on my face toward the ground: but he touched me, and set me upright.
