¹⁵So Hagar gave birth to Abram’s son, and Abram gave the name Ishmael to the son Hagar had.

¹⁵So Hagar^(A) bore Abram a son,^(B) and Abram gave the name Ishmael^(C) to the son she had borne.

²⁹And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, heirs^(A) according to the promise.^(B)
