Genesis 16:6-8

6 Abram said to Sarai, “Look! Your slave-girl is in your hand. Do to her what is good in your eyes.”
So Sarai afflicted her, and she fled from her presence. 7 Then the angel of Adonai[a] found her by the spring of water in the wilderness, next to the spring on the way to Shur. 8 He said, “Hagar, Sarai’s slave-girl, where have you come from and where are you going?”
She said, “I am fleeing from the presence of my mistress Sarai.”

6 “Your slave is in your hands,(A)” Abram said. “Do with her whatever you think best.” Then Sarai mistreated(B) Hagar; so she fled from her.
7 The angel of the Lord(C) found Hagar near a spring(D) in the desert; it was the spring that is beside the road to Shur.(E) 8 And he said, “Hagar,(F) slave of Sarai, where have you come from, and where are you going?”(G)
“I’m running away from my mistress Sarai,” she answered.

6 But Abram said unto Sarai, Behold, thy maid is in thine hand; do to her as it pleaseth thee. And when Sarai dealt hardly with her, she fled from her face.
7 And the angel of the Lord found her by a fountain of water in the wilderness, by the fountain in the way to Shur.
8 And he said, Hagar, Sarai's maid, whence camest thou? and whither wilt thou go? And she said, I flee from the face of my mistress Sarai.
