¹⁴Is anything too hard for the Lord?^(A) I will return to you at the appointed time next year,^(B) and Sarah will have a son.”^(C)

¹⁹^(A)He considered that God was able even to raise him from the dead, from which, figuratively speaking, he did receive him back.

¹⁹Abraham reasoned that God could even raise the dead,^(A) and so in a manner of speaking he did receive Isaac back from death.
