^21 (A)I will go down now and see whether they have done altogether according to the outcry against it that has come to Me; and if not, ^(B)I will know.”

⁸ So ^(A)I have come down to ^(B)deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up from that land ^(C)to a good and large land, to a land ^(D)flowing with milk and honey, to the place of ^(E)the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Amorites and the Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites.

¹¹ And let them be ready for the third day. For on the third day the Lord will come down upon Mount Sinai in the sight of all the people.

¹⁸ Now ^(A)Mount Sinai was completely in smoke, because the Lord descended upon ^(B)it in fire. ^(C)Its smoke ascended like the smoke of a furnace, and ^[a]the ^(D)whole mountain quaked greatly.

²⁰ Then the Lord came down upon Mount Sinai, on the top of the mountain. And the Lord called Moses to the top of the mountain, and Moses went up.
