Genesis 18:24-26
Modern English Version
24 What if there are fifty righteous in the city? Shall You also destroy, and not spare the place, for the fifty righteous who are in it? 25 Far be it from You to do such a thing as this, to slay the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be treated like the wicked; far be it from You. Should not the Judge of all the earth do right?”
26 So the Lord said, “If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare the entire place for their sakes.”

24 What if there are fifty righteous people in the city? Will you really sweep it away and not spare[a] the place for the sake of the fifty righteous people in it?(A) 25 Far be it from you to do such a thing(B)—to kill the righteous with the wicked, treating the righteous(C) and the wicked alike.(D) Far be it from you! Will not the Judge(E) of all the earth do right?”(F)
26 The Lord said, “If I find fifty righteous people in the city of Sodom, I will spare the whole place for their sake.(G)”
