24 What if there are fifty righteous people in the city? Will you really destroy it? Will you not spare it for the sake of the fifty righteous people that you found there? 25 Far be it from you to make the righteous die along with the wicked, so that the righteous would have the same fate as the wicked. Far be it from you! Is it possible that the judge of the whole earth does not practice justice?” 26 The Lord answered, “If I find fifty righteous people living in the city of Sodom, for their sake I will spare the city.”

24 What if there are fifty righteous people in the city? Will you really sweep it away and not spare[a] the place for the sake of the fifty righteous people in it?(A) 25 Far be it from you to do such a thing(B)—to kill the righteous with the wicked, treating the righteous(C) and the wicked alike.(D) Far be it from you! Will not the Judge(E) of all the earth do right?”(F)
26 The Lord said, “If I find fifty righteous people in the city of Sodom, I will spare the whole place for their sake.(G)”
