22 Haste thee, save thee there: for I can do [a]nothing till thou come thither. Therefore the name of the city was called [b]Zoar.
23 ¶ The sun did rise upon the earth, when Lot entered into Zoar.

New International Version
22 But flee there quickly, because I cannot do anything until you reach it.” (That is why the town was called Zoar.[a](A))
