²⁵Then Abraham complained to Abimelek about a well of water that Abimelek’s servants had seized.^(A)

²⁵And Abraham reproved Abimelech because of a well of water, which Abimelech's servants had violently taken away.

³⁰He said, “These seven ewe lambs you shall accept from my hand in order that you may be a witness for me that I dug this well.”^(A)

³⁰He replied, “Accept these seven lambs from my hand as a witness^(A) that I dug this well.^(B)”

³⁰And he said, For these seven ewe lambs shalt thou take of my hand, that they may be a witness unto me, that I have digged this well.
