Good News Translation

¹⁰The servant, who was in charge of Abraham's property, took ten of his master's camels and went to the city where Nahor had lived in northern Mesopotamia. ¹¹When he arrived, he made the camels kneel down at the well outside the city. It was late afternoon, the time when women came out to get water. ¹²He prayed, “Lord, God of my master Abraham, give me success today and keep your promise to my master.

Genesis 24:10-12

New International Version

¹⁰Then the servant left, taking with him ten of his master’s camels^(A) loaded with all kinds of good things^(B) from his master. He set out for Aram Naharaim^[a]^(C) and made his way to the town of Nahor.^(D) ¹¹He had the camels kneel down near the well^(E) outside the town; it was toward evening, the time the women go out to draw water.^(F)
