    shall possess the cities of the Negeb.
21 (J)Saviors shall go up to Mount Zion
    to rule (K)Mount Esau,
    and (L)the kingdom shall be the Lord's.

21 Deliverers(I) will go up on[a] Mount Zion
    to govern the mountains of Esau.
    And the kingdom will be the Lord’s.(J)
