³⁰And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red pottage; for I am faint: therefore was his name called Edom.

³⁰He said to Jacob, “Quick, let me have some of that red stew!^(A) I’m famished!” (That is why he was also called Edom.^[a])^(B)

¹⁶Duke Korah, duke Gatam, and duke Amalek: these are the dukes that came of Eliphaz in the land of Edom; these were the sons of Adah.

¹⁶Korah,^[a] Gatam and Amalek. These were the chiefs descended from Eliphaz^(A) in Edom;^(B) they were grandsons of Adah.^(C)

Genesis 36:16 Masoretic Text; Samaritan Pentateuch (also verse 11 and 1 Chron. 1:36) does not have Korah.
