20 Jacob also (A)made a vow, saying, “(B)If God will be with me and will keep me on this journey that I [a]take, and give me [b](C)food to eat and garments to wear, 21 and (D)I return to my father’s house in [c]safety, (E)then the Lord will be my God. 22 And this stone, which I have set up as a memorial stone, (F)will be God’s house, and (G)of everything that You give me I will assuredly give a tenth to You.”
