⁸ They heard the sound of ^(A)the Lord God walking in the garden in the ^[a]cool of the day, ^(B)and the man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden.

¹⁴ Since ^(A)the Lord your God walks in the midst of your camp to deliver you and to ^[a]defeat your enemies before you, therefore your camp must be ^(B)holy; and He must not see ^[b]anything indecent among you ^[c]or He will turn away from you.
