²³She became pregnant and gave birth to a son^(A) and said, “God has taken away my disgrace.”^(B)

²⁵“This is the way the Lord has dealt with me in the days when He looked with favor upon me, to ^(A)take away my disgrace among people.”

²⁵“The Lord has done this for me,” she said. “In these days he has shown his favor and taken away my disgrace^(A) among the people.”
