Genesis 31:26-28

26 Then Laban said to Jacob, “What have you done [a]by deceiving me and carrying away my daughters like captives of the sword? 27 Why did you flee secretly and [b]deceive me, and did not tell me so that I might have sent you away with joy and with songs, with (A)timbrel and with (B)lyre; 28 and did not allow me (C)to kiss my sons and my daughters? Now you have done foolishly.

Why didn’t you tell me,(D) so I could send you away with joy and singing to the music of timbrels(E) and harps?(F) 28 You didn’t even let me kiss my grandchildren and my daughters goodbye.(G) You have done a foolish thing.
