Why did you not tell me, so I would have sent you away with joy and with songs and with sounds of joy on the timbrel and harp. 28 Why did you not let me kiss my grandchildren and daughters good-bye? Why didn’t you tell me,(D) so I could send you away with joy and singing to the music of timbrels(E) and harps?(F) 28 You didn’t even let me kiss my grandchildren and my daughters goodbye.(G) You have done a foolish thing.
