⁵⁴He offered a sacrifice^(A) there in the hill country and invited his relatives to a meal.^(B) After they had eaten, they spent the night there.

⁵⁴Then Jacob offered a sacrifice on the mountain, and called his brethren to eat bread. And they ate bread and stayed all night on the mountain.

⁵Then he sent young Israelite men, and they offered burnt offerings^(A) and sacrificed young bulls as fellowship offerings^(B) to the Lord.

⁵Then he sent young men of the children of Israel, who offered ^(A)burnt offerings and sacrificed peace offerings of oxen to the Lord.
