Genesis 32:26-28
Living Bible
26 Then the Man said, “Let me go, for it is dawn.”
But Jacob panted, “I will not let you go until you bless me.”
27 “What is your name?” the Man asked.
“Jacob,” was the reply.
28 “It isn’t anymore!” the Man told him. “It is Israel—one who has power with God. Because you have been strong with God, you shall prevail with men.”

New International Version
26 Then the man said, “Let me go, for it is daybreak.”
But Jacob replied, “I will not let you go unless you bless me.”(A)
27 The man asked him, “What is your name?”
“Jacob,”(B) he answered.
28 Then the man said, “Your name(C) will no longer be Jacob, but Israel,[a](D) because you have struggled with God and with humans and have overcome.”(E)
