17 But Jacob journeyed to [a](A)Succoth and built for himself a house and made booths for his livestock; therefore the place is named Succoth.

18 Now Jacob came safely to the city of (B)Shechem, which is in the land of Canaan, when he came from (C)Paddan-aram, and he camped before the city. 19 (D)Then he bought a portion of a field where he had pitched his tent from the hand of the sons of Hamor, Shechem’s father, for one hundred [b]qesitah.

Genesis 33:17-19
New International Version
17 Jacob, however, went to Sukkoth,(A) where he built a place for himself and made shelters for his livestock. That is why the place is called Sukkoth.[a]
18 After Jacob came from Paddan Aram,[b](B) he arrived safely at the city of Shechem(C) in Canaan and camped within sight of the city. 19 For a hundred pieces of silver,[c] he bought from the sons of Hamor,(D) the father of Shechem,(E) the plot of ground(F) where he pitched his tent.(G)
