²⁰These are the sons of Seir the Hittite who were living in the land:

Lotan, Shobal, Zibeon, Anah, ²¹Dishon, Ezer, and Dishan. These were the leaders of the clans of the Horites, the sons of Seir in the land of Edom.

²²The sons of Lotan:

Hori and Hemam. Lotan’s sister was Timna.

Lotan, Shobal, Zibeon, Anah,^(B) ²¹Dishon, Ezer and Dishan. These sons of Seir in Edom were Horite chiefs.^(C)

²²The sons of Lotan:

Hori and Homam.^[a] Timna was Lotan’s sister.
