14 So she took off her widow’s clothes, veiled her face,(A) covered herself, and sat at the entrance to Enaim, which is on the way to Timnah. For she saw that, though Shelah had grown up, she had not been given to him as a wife. 15 When Judah saw her, he thought she was a prostitute, for she had covered her face.

14 she took off her widow’s clothes,(A) covered herself with a veil(B) to disguise herself, and then sat down(C) at the entrance to Enaim, which is on the road to Timnah.(D) For she saw that, though Shelah(E) had now grown up, she had not been given to him as his wife.
15 When Judah saw her, he thought she was a prostitute,(F) for she had covered her face.

14 And she put her widow's garments off from her, and covered her with a vail, and wrapped herself, and sat in an open place, which is by the way to Timnath; for she saw that Shelah was grown, and she was not given unto him to wife.
15 When Judah saw her, he thought her to be an harlot; because she had covered her face.
