32 And therefore the dream was doubled unto Pharaoh the second time, because the thing is established by God, and God hasteth to perform it.
33 Now therefore let Pharaoh [a]provide for a man of understanding and wisdom, and set him over the land of Egypt.
34 Let Pharaoh make and appoint officers over the land, and take up the fifth part of the land of Egypt in the seven plenteous years.

32 The reason the dream was given to Pharaoh in two forms is that the matter has been firmly decided(A) by God, and God will do it soon.(B)
33 “And now let Pharaoh look for a discerning and wise man(C) and put him in charge of the land of Egypt.(D) 34 Let Pharaoh appoint commissioners(E) over the land to take a fifth(F) of the harvest of Egypt during the seven years of abundance.(G)
