43 and he made him to ride in the second chariot which he had; and they cried before him, [a]Bow the knee: and he set him over all the land of Egypt. 44 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I am Pharaoh, and without thee shall no man lift up his hand or his foot in all the land of Egypt. 45 And Pharaoh called Joseph’s name Zaphenath-paneah; and he gave him to wife Asenath, the daughter of Poti-phera priest of On. And Joseph went out over the land of Egypt.

43 He had him ride in a chariot(A) as his second-in-command,[a](B) and people shouted before him, “Make way[b]!”(C) Thus he put him in charge of the whole land of Egypt.(D)
44 Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I am Pharaoh, but without your word no one will lift hand or foot in all Egypt.”(E) 45 Pharaoh gave Joseph(F) the name Zaphenath-Paneah and gave him Asenath daughter of Potiphera, priest(G) of On,[c](H) to be his wife.(I) And Joseph went throughout the land of Egypt.
