²³ So Enoch lived a total of 365 years. ²⁴ Enoch walked with God [^Che had a close relationship with God; Heb. 11:5–6]; one day Enoch could not be found, because God took him [^Clike Elijah (2 Kin. 2:11), he did not die].

²⁵ When Methuselah was 187 years old, he had a son named Lamech.
