Genesis 6:12-14

12 And God saw the earth, and behold, it was corrupt, for all flesh had corrupted its way upon the earth. 13 And God said to Noah, “The end of all flesh has come before me, for the earth was filled with violence because of them. Now, look, I am going to destroy them along with the earth. 14 Make for yourself an ark of cypress wood; you must make the ark with rooms, then[a] you must cover it with pitch, inside and outside.

New International Version
12 God saw how corrupt(A) the earth had become, for all the people on earth had corrupted their ways.(B) 13 So God said to Noah, “I am going to put an end to all people, for the earth is filled with violence because of them. I am surely going to destroy(C) both them and the earth.(D) 14 So make yourself an ark of cypress[a] wood;(E) make rooms in it and coat it with pitch(F) inside and out.
