3 For 150 days the water slowly went down. 4 Then on the seventeenth day of the seventh month of the year, the boat came to rest somewhere in the Ararat mountains. 5 The water kept going down, and the mountain tops could be seen on the first day of the tenth month.

New International Version
3 The water receded steadily from the earth. At the end of the hundred and fifty days(A) the water had gone down, 4 and on the seventeenth day of the seventh month(B) the ark came to rest on the mountains(C) of Ararat.(D) 5 The waters continued to recede until the tenth month, and on the first day of the tenth month the tops of the mountains became visible.
