¹⁴ “Now not with you alone am I ^(A)making this covenant and this oath,

²⁵ It is you who are ^(A)the sons of the prophets and of the ^(B)covenant which God ^[a]made with your fathers, saying to Abraham, ‘^(C)And in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed.’

¹² remember that you were at that time separate from Christ, ^[a](A)excluded from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to ^(B)the covenants of promise, having ^(C)no hope and ^(D)without God in the world.
