²² The men turned from there and went toward Sodom^(A) while Abraham remained standing before the Lord.^[a]

²⁷ Early in the morning Abraham went to the place where he had stood before the Lord.^(A)

⁵ They brought what Moses had commanded to the front of the tent of meeting, and the whole community came forward and stood before the Lord.
