¹⁸ So early in the morning Jacob took the stone that he had put under his head and set it up ^(A)for a pillar ^(B)and poured oil on the top of it.

⁴⁵ So Jacob ^(A)took a stone and set it up as a pillar.

¹⁴ And Jacob ^(A)set up a pillar in the place where he had spoken with him, a pillar of stone. He poured out a drink offering on it and poured oil on it.

⁹ And Joshua set up twelve stones in the midst of the Jordan, ^(A)in the place where the feet of the priests bearing the ark of the covenant had stood; and they are there to this day.

²⁶ And Joshua ^(A)wrote these words in the Book of the Law of God. And ^(B)he took a large stone and set it up there ^(C)under the terebinth that was by the sanctuary of the Lord.
