¹⁶ The bow will be in the clouds, and I will look at it and remember the everlasting covenant^(A) between God and all the living creatures^[a] on earth.”

⁷ I will keep My covenant between Me and you, and your future offspring throughout their generations, as an everlasting covenant^(A) to be your God and the God of your offspring after you.^(B)

¹⁶ The Israelites must observe the Sabbath, celebrating it throughout their generations as a perpetual covenant.

⁸ The bread is to be set out before the Lord every Sabbath day as a perpetual covenant^(A) obligation on the part of the Israelites.

⁴⁰ “I will make an everlasting covenant with them:^(A) I will never turn away from doing good to them, and I will put fear of Me in their hearts so they will never again turn away from Me.

⁶⁰ But I will remember the covenant I made with you in the days of your youth, and I will establish an everlasting covenant with you.^(A)
