34 "Therefore, I encourage you to take okhel, for it is for your deliverance, for none of you will lose a hair from your heads."
35 And having said these things, and having taken lechem, Rav Sha’ul said the HaMotzi before all, and, after the Betzi’at HaLechem, he began to eat.
36 And receiving ometz lev, they all took okhel.

New International Version
34 Now I urge you to take some food. You need it to survive. Not one of you will lose a single hair from his head.”(A) 35 After he said this, he took some bread and gave thanks to God in front of them all. Then he broke it(B) and began to eat. 36 They were all encouraged(C) and ate some food themselves.
