¹⁰At kings they scoff,
and at rulers they laugh.

for ^(B)they pile up earth and take it.

¹⁰They mock kings
and scoff at rulers.^(A)
They laugh at all fortified cities;
by building earthen ramps^(B) they capture them.

⁴³For ^(A)the days will come upon you, when your enemies ^(B)will set up a barricade around you and ^(C)surround you and hem you in on every side
