Habakkuk 2:13-15

13 Behold, is it not of Jehovah of hosts that the peoples labor for the fire, and the nations weary themselves for vanity? 14 For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of Jehovah, as the waters cover the sea.
15 Woe unto him that giveth his neighbor drink, to thee that [a]addest thy [b]venom, and makest him drunken also, that thou mayest look on their nakedness!

13 Has not the Lord Almighty determined
that the people’s labor is only fuel for the fire,(A)
that the nations exhaust themselves for nothing?(B)
14 For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory(C) of the Lord

15 “Woe to him who gives drink(E) to his neighbors,
pouring it from the wineskin till they are drunk,
so that he can gaze on their naked bodies!
