⁸Son^(A) though he was, he learned obedience from what he suffered^(B)

Hebrews 5:8

King James Version

⁸Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;

⁸though He was a Son, yet He learned ^(A)obedience by the things which He suffered.

⁹Then he said, “Here I am, I have come to do your will.”^(A) He sets aside the first to establish the second.

⁹Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.

⁹then He said, “Behold, I have come to do Your will, ^[a]O God.” He takes away the first that He may establish the second.
