14 Therefore, by a single offering he has made perfect forever those who are being sanctified.

15 The Holy Spirit also testifies to us about this. For he first says,

16 “This is the covenant that I will make with them
    after those days, says the Lord.
I will place my laws in their hearts
    and inscribe them on their minds.”
