Hebrews 10:7-9
American Standard Version
7 Then said I, Lo, I am come (In the roll of the book it is written of me)
To do thy will, O God.
8 Saying above, Sacrifices and offerings and whole burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein (the which are offered according to the law), 9 then hath he said, Lo, I am come to do thy will. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.

New International Version
7 Then I said, ‘Here I am—it is written about me in the scroll(A)—
I have come to do your will, my God.’”[a](B)
8 First he said, “Sacrifices and offerings, burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not desire, nor were you pleased with them”(C)—though they were offered in accordance with the law. 9 Then he said, “Here I am, I have come to do your will.”(D) He sets aside the first to establish the second.
