7 Then I said, ‘Look!
In the scroll of the book
it is written about me.
I have come to do your will.’”[a]
8 In saying first, “You neither willed nor were pleased with animal sacrifices, meal offerings, burnt offerings and sin offerings,” things which are offered in accordance with the Torah; 9 and then, “Look, I have come to do your will”; he takes away the first system in order to set up the second.

New International Version
7 Then I said, ‘Here I am—it is written about me in the scroll(A)—
I have come to do your will, my God.’”[a](B)
8 First he said, “Sacrifices and offerings, burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not desire, nor were you pleased with them”(C)—though they were offered in accordance with the law. 9 Then he said, “Here I am, I have come to do your will.”(D) He sets aside the first to establish the second.
