Hebrews 10:7-9

7 Then I said, ‘As it is written of me in the scroll,
behold, I have come to do your will, O God.’ ”
8 First he says, “Sacrifices and offerings, holocausts and sin offerings, you neither desired nor delighted in,” even though they are offered according to the Law. 9 Then he adds, “Behold, I have come to do your will.” He thus abolishes the first to establish the second.

7 Then I said, ‘Here I am—it is written about me in the scroll(A)—
I have come to do your will, my God.’”[a](B)
8 First he said, “Sacrifices and offerings, burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not desire, nor were you pleased with them”(C)—though they were offered in accordance with the law. 9 Then he said, “Here I am, I have come to do your will.”(D) He sets aside the first to establish the second.
