Hebrews 10:7-9

7 Then I said, “See, God, I have come to do your will, O God”
(in the scroll of the book[a] it is written of me).’
8 When he said above, ‘You have neither desired nor taken pleasure in sacrifices and offerings and burnt-offerings and sin-offerings’ (these are offered according to the law), 9 then he added, ‘See, I have come to do your will.’ He abolishes the first in order to establish the second.

Hebrews 10:7-9
New International Version
7 Then I said, ‘Here I am—it is written about me in the scroll(A)—
I have come to do your will, my God.’”[a](B)
8 First he said, “Sacrifices and offerings, burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not desire, nor were you pleased with them”(C)—though they were offered in accordance with the law. 9 Then he said, “Here I am, I have come to do your will.”(D) He sets aside the first to establish the second.
