13 And make [a]straight steps unto your feet, lest that which is halting, be turned out of the way, but let it rather be healed.
14 (A)[b]Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without the which no man shall see the Lord.
15 [c]Take heed, that no man fall away from the grace of God: let no [d]root of bitterness spring up and trouble you, lest thereby many be defiled.

Warning and Encouragement
14 Make every effort to live in peace with everyone(C) and to be holy;(D) without holiness no one will see the Lord.(E) 15 See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God(F) and that no bitter root(G) grows up to cause trouble and defile many.
