Hebrews 13:3-5

New Living Translation

³Remember those in prison, as if you were there yourself. Remember also those being mistreated, as if you felt their pain in your own bodies.

⁴Give honor to marriage, and remain faithful to one another in marriage. God will surely judge people who are immoral and those who commit adultery.

⁵Don’t love money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said,

“I will never fail you.
I will never abandon you.”^[a]

³Continue to remember those in prison^(A) as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering.

⁴Marriage should be honored by all,^(B) and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.^(C) ⁵Keep your lives free from the love of money^(D) and be content with what you have,^(E) because God has said,

“Never will I leave you;
