14 For we have become participants in Christ if we hold firmly until the end the reality[a] that we had at the start.(A) 15 As it is said:

Today, if you hear his voice,
do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.[b](B)

16 For who heard and rebelled? Wasn’t it all who came out of Egypt under Moses?(C)
